While there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at Wembley Stadium, in order to prioritise the health and safety of our visitors and staff we have taken the decision to temporarily close The Wembley Stadium Tour until further notice. Whilst we understand some visitors may be disappointed, given the Government's latest advice on social distancing, we feel it is our duty to take decisive action.
Guests who have pre-booked tickets through the Wembley Tours website please contact our Customer Services Team on email@example.com to extend your ticket for a future date or to organise a refund. Any guests who have pre-booked via a trade third-party, please contact them directly.
Our phone lines are currently closed while we work to help those with existing bookings so please refer to our website for further updates on when we will be re-opening.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.
I have a voucher that expires this month, will I still be able to use this?
Yes. We will extend all vouchers that are due to expire and accommodate a tour on a future date, subject to availability.
I have an unredeemed gift ticket the that is due to expire, will this be extended?
Yes. If you have a gift ticket that is due to expire, this will be extended to be valid until the end of the year.
When will Stadium Tours re-open?
The Wembley Stadium Tour will remain closed until further notice. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, working with the government and relevant health authorities, and will post any updates about when we might look to re-open the Tour on our website.
Gift vouchers are still available for purchase which are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
