While there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at Wembley Stadium, in order to prioritise the health
and safety of our visitors and staff we have taken the decision to temporarily close The Wembley Stadium Tour
until further notice. Whilst we understand some visitors may be disappointed, given the Government's latest
advice on social distancing, we feel it is our duty to take decisive action.
Guests who have pre-booked tickets through the Wembley Tours website please contact our Customer Services Team on
wembley.tours@wembleystadium.com to extend your ticket
for a future date or to organise a refund. Any guests who have pre-booked via a trade third-party, please contact them directly.
Our phone lines are currently closed while we work to help those with existing bookings
so please refer to our website for further updates on when we will be re-opening.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.
