COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS
VISITS FROM SEPTEMBER 2021 ONWARDS
The safety of our visitors and staff is our highest priority. Visits taking place from Monday 6th September will be accommodated with the following precautions in place.
OPENING HOURS
Wembley Stadium Tour opens at 10am with closing time varying dependent on the time of year you visit.
October - March, last entry is at 3pm
April - July and September, last entry is 4pm
August, last entry is 5pm
FACE COVERINGS
All visitors are encouraged to wear a face covering when on the Wembley Stadium Tour.
All Wembley Stadium Tours staff will be wearing a face covering.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
All visitors are encouraged to socially distance from others where possible.
TOUR AVAILABILTY
Tour availability and capacity has been significantly reduced to accommodate socially distancing measures.
BOOKINGS
In order to manage our capacity, all tickets must be pre-booked through our website or our booking team. We will not be able to accommodate walk-up bookings until further notice.
TICKETS
There is no need to print out your ticket. Please have the barcode in your confirmation email ready to be scanned on arrival.
HAND SANITISER
Hand washing facilities will be available at the beginning and end of each tour. Hand sanitiser will be available for visitors and staff along the Tour route.
CARD PAYMENT ONLY
Wembley stadium Tour and Wembley Stadium Store will be a cashless operation. Only card payment will be accepted on site.
DIGITAL CONTENT
We have removed the Multi-Media Guides from the Tour. On our Tour, our digital content can be accessed on your own device by scanning a QR code.
We recommend bringing your own set of headphones to enjoy the content fully.
COVID SYMPTOMS
Should you or anyone in your group present with Covid-19 symptoms on the day of your Tour, please do not attend the stadium. Contact our booking team and we will reschedule your tour for another day.
CLEANING
There is an enhanced cleaning regime across the stadium.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Our official photography offering will be available during your Tour.
We of course encourage you to take your own photos when on the Tour however please note that Tour Hosts will not be permitted to take photographs for you on your device.
